How To Lose 20 Pounds In One Month - Proven!

Two or three chicken breasts a little seasoned and then grilled would be perfect.

For dinner you can have a serving size bowl of cereal, Special K* recommended and a probiotic yogurt. If possible same serving of chicken like you had in lunch would be even better

Substitutions:

Breakfast: Instead of having hot cereal you can have a protein shake, or a protein bar combined with a healthy yogurt.

Lunch: I don't recommend replacing anything with grilled chicken for lunch since its high in protein and will curb your appetite and very low in calories. Chicken is easily the best part about this diet.

Dinner: Instead of having cereal or chicken you have fat free frozen yogurt from red mango or from your towns frozen yogurt store.

Step 2: Exercise

Yes of course every proven system includes exercise. But you only need to do one type of exercise and for only 20-25 minutes a day. Run! Either run on the treadmill consistently for 20-25 minutes or outside, around the block, it could be anywhere. Just consistent running for 20-25 minutes that's all you need! How often? Exercise 2 days and take 1 day for resting.

Step 3: Water

You need to drink lots of water! I recommend having at least half of a half a gallon everyday in the first 10 days and then increase it to a gallon a day in the next 20 days. Water helps clean out your system and is one of the easiest things you can do to lose weight. Throughout this diet you cannot have any liquid besides water.
