FIRST LETS GO OVER SOME OF THE MORE 'POPULAR' FAT LOSS METHODS AND WHY YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY!

1) FAT BURNING SUPPLEMENTS
Stay away from these neurotoxic brews that will wreak havoc on your bodies internal systems. Typically these are found loaded with an extreme amount of caffeine and other stimulants to literally burn your body fat out from under you. In theory this works yes... but at what cost.

What I have found in my research is that being over weight is a factor of an overly stressed body. To much caffeine and stimulants will put your body into a catabolic ( STRESS ) state for far longer than you want. This catabolic state you put your body in, could be the exact reason why you are gaining weight in the first place. Lets not fight stress, with more stress. There are FAR better options that I will cover below.

2) NOT EATING...
Please don't just stop eating in the hopes of losing a miraculous amount of weight. Yeah sure you may lose a few pounds, but after that initial weight loss your body goes into survival mode. Fearing that there is a drought, famine, or simply no food, our bodies will actually CLING to stored fat for energy later on. There are ways however to properly fast, but that is a topic for later.

3) SARAN WRAPS
This seems to be the newest fad that has hit the market, all I have seen is this being pushed all over Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook, all I can do is laugh. Are we really as a people so fixated on quick fixes for our problems that we will literally wrap ourselves in plastic?

The premise is that you wrap your body with saran wrap that is dipped in a form of herbal substance. This wrapping will make you sweat, sweat a lot in fact, that your body loses WATER WEIGHT. That's IT. Not real fat, but water weight. OK? Got it?

Now lets move on..

3 ALTERNATIVES FOR REAL WEIGHT LOSS

1) CUT OUT PROCESSED FOODS
This act alone will and HAS had tremendous effects for millions of people all around the world. Processed foods are LOADED with unhealthy calories, and are void of proper nutrition. The act of processing our foods actually leads to a nutrition depletion. My pro tip, stay away from things in boxes. You will thank me later.

2) EAT ORGANIC
Sure it costs more, but really what is your health and well being worth to you? Just don't buy that extra pair of pants, or whatever the hell it is you like...

Non organic foods are irradiated, overly processed, sprayed with harmful pesticides, and are literally less tasty and have less nutrition. Our food is suppose to empower us, and make us feel alive and vibrant, not make us sick.

The act of cleansing and detoxing has been around since the dawn of time, ancient ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine, amazonian medicine and more all speak of the long historical use and application of cleanse and detox for a plethora of health benefits.. including WEIGHT LOSS.
